in 2001, FireQuest Fire Alarm Service Associates, LLC. has rapidly
become one of the leading life safety service integration companies in
the South.
Started solely as a fire alarm service company, we have expanded our expertise by now offering an inclusive life safety system service package including fire alarm, fire extinguishers, central station monitoring (for fire alarms, security panels and elevators) and even integrated packages offering sprinkler system testing, fire pumps, extinguishers and hood suppression. After starting with only three employees in a small warehouse, FireQuest has grown at a rate of over 25-30% each year since its inception. We now have an offices headquartered in Baton Rouge, Covington, New Orleans and Gulfport, Mississippi to service the Gulf coast. Through hard work and dedication to our clients, we have grown to over 20 employees and expanded our services further by offering voice data, CCTV, Intercom and other special system services.

Each of our technicians undergoes continuous NICET-certified instruction. This ensures that they adhere to the highest quality standards for installation, termination and testing. Additionally, our professional services staff is skilled in project estimation, budgeting and informational organization. Our staff will meet with a customer to help design projects ranging from small office remodels to major campus installations to national rollouts. We want to understand your business, assess your needs, and provide designs and estimates for your project. Additionally, we can provide CAD-generated drawings and specifications for your approval. We can install your systems and then train your employees on how to get the most out of the technology. Our job is not complete until your employees are proficient with the solution we have designed.
