Data and Voice Networking

A networked fire alarm system communicates data throughout the fire alarm panels, allowing for greater control over the safety of an entire building or campus.  These systems can be user customized to meet the specific needs of each customer and their facility, regardless of size.

The control panel is the fundamental component of the system.  Larger fire alarm systems feature individual control panels per floor of the building or every other floor for improved functionality.  These panels maintain status and control of each designated area.

A comprehensive networked fire alarm system allows users access to control panel information from a centralized location.  This single-system view saves the user from visiting and identifying multiple sites.  In addition, a networked system provides survivability. Meaning, that if one panel would lose communication with the network, the remaining panels would still provide functionality and communication within the network and continue to protect the property and the lives of its occupants.
